What are the transfer fees?
A small percentage fee is set by the admin and added to every transfer. International transfers also include an exchange fee.
Why is my transfer "pending"?
Every transfer is held as pending so the admin can approve, cancel or reverse it before funds leave the bank.
How do crypto deposits work?
Pick a coin from the deposit page, send funds to the displayed wallet address (use the QR code), and submit the transaction hash. Admin will credit your USD balance after confirmation.
How do I apply for a loan or card?
Use the "Loan" or "Card" pages from your dashboard. Admin reviews each request and credits approved loans straight to your USD wallet.
